Lesson 7: Grounded and built up in Love Part 2
Based on Chapter 7 of the book entitled “March to Maturity: Grounded and Built” by Dr. Wendy Sproul, this lesson discusses issues involved in grounding and building on Love. It explores the Personhood of God; identify factors which prevent the believer from cultivating that personal relationship with God and some of the challenges encountered in loving others. Finally it provides the believer with strategies to facilitate loving others.

At the end of this lesson the student will:
- Learn about God’s personal attributes.
- Be able to identify the ways in which God’s Personhood is manifested.
- Be equipped to cultivate strategies to Love God.
- Understand critical aspects of Godly Love for others.

Exercise: What Is Love?
Ask Students to report what they learned from lesson 6
Use this discussion to Segway into a discussion of the term “Love”. Invite them to explore how love relates to God and others using examples from their own and others’ experiences. Introduce them to the Biblical concept of love.
