  • Comments Off on Lesson 5: Grounded and built up in The Word and Faith

Based on Chapters 5& 6 of the book entitled “March to Maturity: Grounded and Built” by Dr. Wendy Sproul, this lesson discusses issues involved in grounding and building on the Scriptures and Faith. It allows the student to take a reflective approach to understanding what the Bible says about studying, how factors help or hinder our ability to hear and internalize what the Word says, what strategies can be used to build up our system of study of the Word. It also explores the question of faith and the various classification of the term “faith” found in Scriptures, discusses some of the common controversies around faith and points the student to biblically based principles and strategies which can guide the process of building up our system of faith.
